Return Guidelines for Customized and Made-to-order Dresses and Bridal Gowns.

Our Made-to-Order collection offers the ability to fit your choice. The customization/ modification fees will be applied if there are any. Such dresses are considered final sale at the time of purchase. The deposit of 50% of the dress’s cost is non-refundable, and the order is not cancellable after 3 days the order is placed. No return is acceptable except for manufacturing defects, incorrect item, size, and color. If the defects, and incorrect dresses are received, the return request needs to be made within 3 days upon the dresses are received via email with images of the item tags and defects if any. If you do not receive our reply within 3 business days, please contact our office by phone to follow up your written request in case the requests are not sent to us successfully.

Return Guidelines for Off-The-Rack Bridal Gowns and Non-Bridal Dresses or Accessories: Jewelry, Veils, Hair Accessories, Etc.

We are deeply honored to be a part of your wedding day. But sometimes a purchase from our site is just not “the perfect match.” We understand and want to help you find the purchases you like. We offer a very flexible return policy for our Non-Bridal Dresses Purchases - just be sure to follow the guidelines below.

Step 1: You must contact us via email within 24 hours of signing for the delivery of your Non-Bridal Dresses or Accessories purchases. (Note: The 24 hour deadline only applies to notifying us that you would like to return/exchange the purchase. Additional details regarding shipping the item(s) back to us will be discussed in Step 2 below.)

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your Name
  • Non-Bridal Dresses or Accessories Listing Number
  • Tracking number for your Non-Bridal Dresses Purchases or Accessories
  • Reason for return
  • Contact Phone Number

If we do not hear from you within 24 hours of signing for your purchase, we will consider it satisfactory and no refunds/returns will be accepted. All sales are final after 24 hours unless an RA# (Return Authorization Number) has been issued by us.

Step 2: We will respond to you within 24 hours of receipt of your request and issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). If we do not contact you during this time it means we did not get your e-mail.

Step 3: Once you’ve received the Return Authorization Number (RA#) ship the return item(s) back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping and full insurance charges. When shipping your return item(s), include the RA# on the outside of the box.

  • For U.S. Customers, Non-Bridal Dresses Purchases or Accessories must arrive within 6 days of receiving your RA#.
  • For International Customers, Non-Bridal Dresses Purchases or Accessories must arrive within 10 days of receiving your RA#.

Non-Bridal Dresses Purchases or accessories that arrive outside of that time frame or do not have an RA# on the outside of the box will be refused and returned to sender without issuing a refund.

Step 4: All Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.

To qualify for a refund, all return item(s) must be received in the original condition as shipped. There must be no signs of wear, tear, stains, alterations or damage. After your return item(s) passes our inspection, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price of the dress minus any discounts, shipping/customs charges and a 15% restocking fee (minimum $25/maximum $150) per return. All refunds will be processed through the original form of payment. Refunds will not be given for items refused/returned to sender or marked un-deliverable and are subject to administrative fees in additional to our re-stocking fee.

We will gladly waive the restocking fee should you decide to exchange the Non-Bridal Dresses Purchases or Accessories for another one in our e-boutique. Additional shipping charges will apply for your new Non-Bridal Dresses or accessories.

This return/exchange policy only applies to purchases made directly through our online store.

Refused Deliveries

Refunds for the product cost and shipping cost are non-refundable for undelivered packages or refused deliveries. This includes shipments returned to us for non-existent addresses, marked undelivered by the shipping company or un-paid duty and tax assessed by your country’s customs & import office, or confiscated by your country’s customs & import office for lack of payment. Only orders that follow our Return & Exchange policy as outlined above will be eligible for a return or exchange.
